Shipping Policy

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours after receiving confirmation of a successful payment.

We use Australia Post for all Australian orders. Delivery can take up to 4-7 business days to metro areas and 7-10 business days to the rest of Australia (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For international orders we use FedEx, which can take 4-7 business days depending on country/territory.

$20 FLAT RATE on all International orders

Delays may sometimes occur beyond the control of Stellaboo and we will advise you when we can if this happens.

Once an order is dispatched, email confirmation with a tracking number is sent to the email address attached to the order. The tracking number can be used to track the order via Australia Post or FedEx.

The order will be delivered to the designated address between 9am and 5pm on business days. All items shipped require a signature upon delivery. If nobody is home when delivery is attempted a calling card will be left by the driver telling you how you can collect your order.

Stellaboo does not offer insurance on standard orders. If you would like to insure your purchase or have a special delivery request, please contact hello@stellaboo.com.au

It is your responsibility to ensure details as provided at the time of order for delivery are correct and Stellaboo accepts no responsibility if incorrect details provided result in delivery to a wrong address.

All items shipped require a signature upon delivery of order and no claim for loss, theft or damage will be recognised for items after signed delivery has taken place.

If an order is not delivered it is your responsibility to inform Stellaboo so that we may follow up with inquiry to the applicable courier service and late delivery will not make Stellaboo liable for any loss or damage resultant. In addition late delivery will not entitle you to cancellation of order or refund of payment.

Any claim for a loss of an item in transit to you will only be dealt with after investigation with the courier service and replacement items will be despatched at our discretion.
