Returns Policy

Returns
At Stellaboo jewellery you have 14 days to return your item for a full refund or exchange for change of mind. To qualify the item will need to be returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase. By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included.

The item in question is to be returned to Head Office in Melbourne at the customer’s expense. Once an item has been received and its saleable condition confirmed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All refunds will be provided using original payment method. Please email hello@stellaboo.com.au for details.

Stellaboo jewellery come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Stellaboo jewellery will accept returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) or repair where:

The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or the item is not fit for its intended purpose, or the product does not match the sample or our description; and you can present a receipt or other adequate proof of purchase. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only, and reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank if that was the payment method as there is often some processing time before a refund is credited. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@stellaboo.com.au

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a piece for the same item please send us an email at hello@stellaboo.com.au

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Gift Cards
Stellaboo gift cards are available and are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are redeemable from the site. If you would like to purchase a card as an alternative to buying a piece please contact us at hello@stellaboo.com.au 

If you receive a Stellaboo gift card and wish to redeem it again please contact us at hello@stellaboo.com.au

For purchases above a gift card’s value the difference may be paid directly but no refund will be given on unutilised value on the gift card. Stellaboo gift cards are exempt from being returned and refunded and can only be used for the purchase of Stellaboo jewellery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item- shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
